Paying your rent

We have made it easier for tenants to pay their rent in time, in the safest possible way.

It is very risky and unsafe to carry cash all the way to our offices to pay your rent. We no longer take cash payments at our offices.

Ways to pay your rent:

Direct Debit or standing order payments

Please make your rent payment to the following account:

Account name: Spitalfields Housing Association Ltd
Account number: 69178143
Sort code: 56-00-20

This method will take the amount from your account as and when you want. Call our Housing Team to set up a Direct Debit where automatic monthly payments can be made.

Pay by cash or card at a local shop/post office

With cash or card at any local shop or post office where a paypoint system is operating with your Allpay Card (some local shops may not accept card payments). You will need to apply for an Allpay card with your housing officer if you don’t have one.

Pay online via Allpay

Payments can be received via www.allpayments.net. You will need to have an Allpay Card by contacting our Housing Team.

Card payments at our offices

You can book a visit to our offices by calling out Housing Team and we will take a payment for you and issue will a receipt.

We no longer take cash payments at our offices. This may be inconvenient for the few residents who use to previously pay in-person but this method was risky and unsafe. You can alternatively attend a local shop with the Allpay Card or PayPoint display or a Post Office where you can pay by cash or card.
