Paying Your Rent

Direct payment of full or partial Housing Benefit by agreement with the local authority or payment by cheque or cash at the office.

Allpay swipe cards: You are able to pay rent using an ALLPAY swipe card. ALLPAY outlets are to be found in post offices and many shops, convenience stores and newsagents making it much easier for you to pay your rent. All tenants are issued with swipe cards. You are still be able to pay your rent by standing order, in person at the association’s office, or by sending us a cheque or postal order.
