Making a Complaint

 

When things go wrong, which inevitably they do from time to time we will:
Apologise and try to put things right as soon as possible

If you are unhappy about our service, you should write to us or speak to us about it.

Our complaints procedure is featured below with details of what constitutes a complaint and how to go about making a complaint. However, we should clarify that anonymous complaints and complaints about your neighbours etc... are not treated as formal complaints. Complaints about your neighbours and other people’s behaviour that is adversely affecting you will probably be dealt with under our anti-social behaviour policy.
