SHA staff have recently completed additional training sessions covering various areas such as Customer Service, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) pertaining to personal data, Health and Safety protocols for office environments, and Level 3 emergency First Aid procedures in the workplace.

We’re delighted to announce that all staff who participated in the trainings have successfully passed!
